Today we are roughly midway across the atlantic.. I have added a satellite image on the webcam page so you can see.. schmick huh?
We are out of jaffa cakes and there are mutinous mutterings afoot. Some of my private store of coconuts was pilfered during the night, doubtless by some scurvy brigand. A huge bird has been following us for days, some say this is an ill omen. Or it might be Dalton. Anyway we are keeping our spirits up by playing pictionary and yelling at each other. The Thursday night keelhauling is always eargerly anticipated, following by a few episodes of Greys Anatomy. We thought we’d spied land this morning and the mood was joyful, but it turned out to be a bogie on the end of my binoculars and the sombre mood returned as quickly as it had been lifted, but with overtones of sarcasm and not a little bitchiness.
I pray that we find land soon, for I fear the men are becoming ever more murderous, and the women are rolling their eyes in a fearful manner. If not I pray this journal may fall into the hands of one that may make better use of it than I, and perhaps may avoid making the same mistakes I made, by not taking that job as Jordans fluffer.
Fare thee well my hearties.. with a yo ho ho and a swift spirtual smack about the head..

Hello everyone.
We at Chem Resist keep a daily check on your progress ever since we learned of your existence through Joakim Hansson asking for a supply of de-gassing valves.
We are now glued to the webcam watching what unfolds on board or indeed occasionally dockside!! We’ve even seen some of you on the webcam so you must all be real…
Looks like loads of fun while we are sat freezing in snowy Yorkshire, but we aren’t jealous…

Hi Guys,
You must be itching to get to Antigua!
Thanks for putting the webcam up again. I’m enjoying the journey. Any chance of the GPS?
Safe sailing and I hope you have a peaceful and happy Christmas.
David.

We are still seeking contact from the ship.
Several of us want to see the Talitha G while she’s on this side of the world. We have former WWII sailors that want to see their ship again. Please let us know if that is possible. Is Jerry still the engineer….he hasn’t returned an email. My email is alex@acmillwork.com. Any USS Beaumont information and pictures from out there is appreciated. We are working on web page and book.

Hi there Lau. Home run ahead!!! No more slacking. Now start rowing continuously instead of every 60 seconds!! Had a great day at Port Shepstone Country Club - remember playing hockey there - We listened to Michael Tellinger promote his latest book “Temples of the African Gods”. His other book “Slave Species of God” is very good……. Love the T-shirt. Well done to the whole team - Good to know who don’t just sip Pina Coladas all day long. Yawn… All this hard work has made me very tired…..must go to bed. Love you lots Lau.
